"Phil, Karisa, Sara, Bly, and the rest of the gang, Thank you for the attention you all paid to my recent order of various canvas shop items for my Hunter 260. The stern rail seat covers and the companionway/slider cover are welcome additions to the (quote)Carolina Girl(quote) canvas inventory. The seat covers were a perfect fit and will save me hours of work spent each season cleaning the teak strips on the seats. The companionway/slider cover fits well and is doing the intended job: keeping wind blown dirt and leaf debris out of the cabin, and protecting the finish on the hatch boards. As manufactured and delivered, it could use one or two additional snaps on the left forward edge of the cover between the left corner and the mast base cutout. Also, the snaps installed on the left and right forward corners would, if I had used them place the matching studs in the left and right forward gutters at the forward edge of the hatch. Ideally there should be two snaps on each forward corner which straddle the gutters. The footprint of the companionway/slider cover is larger then the footprint for the pop-top and as a result there are two rows of snap studs in use around my companionway and hatch. The companionway screen insert for the pop-top had one snap installed backwards but I will remedy that. The pop-top does provide the extra headroom inside a relatively bug free interior. When the clear vinyl insert is installed, the side vinyls opened and the bottom hatch board is left out of the companionway, the effect is like that of a chimney, cool air coming in at the bottom as the warmer interior air rises up and out the pop-top side panels. "
